WebFirst, the ONT had the alarm light on and no internet signal from about 1-9 pm daily. Got a tech out and they gave us a new ONT. however this new ONT has no internet and alarm light on every night from roughly 9-10 pm. Outside those hours everything is fine and dandy. Has anyone ever encountered this and got it fixed?
