My new xfinity remote doesn't work

WebI've tried both codes provided by xfinity for TCL with no success. The input selector works on my other tvs, with the Xr11 remote. But doesn't work with my new TCL 4K, new DVR cable box and Xr15 remote. Looking for a solution/work around for this issue. And I know I can use TV remote, but my goal is to eliminate a remote.
