During the autumn salmon season (late August through to mid-October) grizzly bear viewing is conducted from two elevated viewing platforms on the banks of a salmon spawning channel, and sessions are limited to 2 hours and 6 people per platform to minimise disturbance to the bears. WebKnight Inlet is an area of the Pacific Northwest located 50 air miles north of Campbell River (a coastal city found on Vancouver Island, British Columbia). The floating lodge and wilderness resort is tucked into Glendale Cove, which is one of the largest concentrations of grizzly bears in British Columbia!
