You have to fill in the form 48 before entering BUT if you are flying with low cost witn random seats, you must go back to the form after receiving the SEAT NUMBER (mandatory field). Without it, the QR can't be retrieved. Unfortunatelly, the system doesn't tell if any mandatory field is empty.
