Another probable reason for Ostrich Effect may be that we humans want to protect our ego. We WebWe can argue that Company 1 is not acting CSR because it is breaking the law; thus it is not acting CSR because it is not meeting the criterion of obeyance of the law. We need not at this point go any further in our assessment of the situation in regard to Company 1. We can say that Company 1 is not behaving CSR because it is not obeying the law.
