A brook should really be a 1/7 water flow on the surface, but obviously that wouldn't work due to evaporation. Also it wouldn't stay on its original path without being in a deep channel, which is not very brooklike. Logged. WebSep 24, 2014 · Dig in, put in some floodgates at the map edge where water enters. Attach floodgates to a lever before the ice thaws. Then design a drainage system under the river using hatch-gates and such. Have it drain into a cavern.
